We have arrived in Nairobi

After a 10 hour flight we arrived in London for a 23 hour layover which is just what we needed to get on the right time zone and prepare for the next flight to Nairobi.

We arrived in Nairobi at 9:45 pm.  An hour and a half later we had worked our way through the visa line, collected our luggage, made our way through customs, and finally found our driver Harrison holding a sign in the shape of a molar with our name on it.  We noticed security wanders around with machine guns outside the airport (a little different then stateside).  We will spend the night in Nairobi and journey to the clinic in the Maasai Mara tomorrow morning.
