Nairobi to Narok

After a short nights rest (5 hours) we met up with our first driver, Harrison.  Harrison drove us 2 hours from Nairobi across the Great Rift to Narok.  Nairobi in the daylight is a much busier place then it was last night.

We passed many little shops poorly put together as we drove through town after town on our way to Narok.

Along the mountain road a big rig tipped over just ahead of  us trying to make a tight corner too fast.

This became a common site between towns.  Vendors set up there fire pits and cook corn for cars driving by (third world fast food).

In Narok we met our next driver William who is the clinic manager for the Maasai Dental Clinic.  He dropped off the previous doctor to Harrison, who will bring him and his family back to Nairobi.  Sounds like the next 2 and a half hours of our trip is going to be pretty bumpy.  No more paved roads.
